Shipping Options:
Shipping charges apply on all our products.

Please call when shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states

Regular Shipping:
We ship most in-stock orders within 48 hours; delivery to your home will average 7-10 business days. Most merchandise is shipped via FedEx ground or US Postal Service except where restrictions apply.

Occasionally a tremendous demand will deplete our supply of a certain product due to heavy volume during peak gardening months. This may delay your shipping time by a week or two. Please be patient and call Customer Service if you need a ship date.

Delivery Time:
We process orders daily (Monday-Friday). Normally, we ask that you allow about a week to two weeks for delivery, depending on the distance we are shipping and product availability. Occasional carrier delays may occur due to increased seasonal business.

Freight Delivery:
There will be an additional delivery charge when you see "Special Freight" listed above an item. In these cases, you need to call 800-275-3618 for exact shipping charges.

Rush Service (Express Delivery):
For most products, we offer overnight and expedited delivery on orders placed by 11:00 AM EST.  Please call 860-628-9643 for rates.

International Delivery:
Please call 01-860-628-9643 for assistance.  Shipping customs and duty charges will be paid by the customer (US Funds only).

Prices in this catalog are current and supercede prices in all previous catalogs. Prices are subject to change in future catalogs.

Sales Tax:
6% State Sales Tax will be charged to all orders being shipped to a Connecticut address.

Return Policy:
All Florian Ratchet-Cut products are guaranteed. Any item may be returned within 60 days for a refund, exchange or credit.

We require that returned items be in the same condition as you received them. After factory inspection, if the item has been used and cannot be sold as new, we may have to charge a 20% restocking fee. All return credits and refunds exclude any delivery charges.

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps to ensure proper credit:

1. Call Customer Service at 860.628.9643 prior to returning to request a Return Authorization Number
2. Pack the item (in the original packaging, if possible). Please include the packing slip and note the reason for the return.
3. Make sure your Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the package
4. Ship the item(s) prepaid and insured.

Lifetime Replacement Policy:
The Florian ^® 701 Hand Pruner (RP-701) carries a lifetime warranty. Just mail the old pruner back to us with 12.00 and we will send you a new pruner.

All other Florian Ratchet-Cut tools beyond repair may be exchanged for a new tool for 1/2 of the current retail price. Call 800.275.3618 for details.

Repairs:
As with all tools, they show signs of wear and occasionally are in need of repair. We have been manufacturing our garden tools for over 30 years. Tools are repaired in our factory by the same workers that make and assemble the tools.

You can return the tool to our repair department and pay as low as $12.00 for the hand pruner model, and no higher than $35.00 fee for the 101 series, or $52.00 for the 201 series, including shipping. A replacement parts list is available upon request. If your tool is beyond repair or proves too costly to repair, we will gladly extend our Lifetime Replacement Policy to you, our loyal customers. Call our Customer Service Department for details.
