Can all of your FLORIAN® tools be sharpened?
A. Yes, treat them like a fine kitchen knife. Sharpen the blade on both
beveled edges with a small honing stone.
Q. Can the FLORIAN® Ratchet Tools
be repaired?
A. Yes! You can return the tool to our repair department and pay as low as
$11.00 for the hand pruner model, and no higher than $35.00 fee for the 101
series, or $52.00 for the 201 series, including shipping. A replacement
parts list is available upon request.

Q. Can I use FLORIAN
® tools if I have arthritis or carpal tunnel
syndrome?.
A. Yes, all our pruner models do not require the user to cut with one
squeeze, thereby allowing those with lesser strength to make a full cut in
successive stages.
Q. Do
you sell or distribute customers addresses for mailing lists?
A. No, we do not sell or distribute any addresses received from any order you

Q. How long will these FLORIAN® tools last and are
they guaranteed?
A. All of our tools carry a one year guarantee against defects in materials
and workmanship. After that first year, they may be repaired in our
factory. Our 701 hand pruner has a lifetime replacement guarantee for
$11.00.
