 Our Limited Lifetime Warranty & Repair Policy 

 

All Florian Ratchet-Cut™ Pruning Tools are warrantied for 1 year against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. Failure due to misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered after 1 year under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

AFTER 1 YEAR: LIFETIME Hand Pruner Replacement Policy is as follows: Send your old hand pruner RP701 & RP601: In addition to the Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, the RP701 & RP601 also includes A Lifetime Replacement Guarantee: Return your RP701/RP601 to:

with $14.00 for each hand pruner, for any reason, and receive a new one.

The exchange cost for the All American and the Flower Power hand ratchet pruners is $19.00 for each pruner.

All returns must be mailed in.

  • The repair charge will be determined by our qualified technicians.

  • Wayne Ball will contact you with the repair charge plus shipping. Your payment will be processed, and the tool will be shipped back to you.

  • In-coming tools are processed efficiently with the plan of returning the repaired tool in perfect work order.

  • Typical repair time takes approximately 3-4 weeks.  Please consider the busy pruning seasons and allow extra time for your repair during that time.  For best results, send your repairs back during the “off season”.

  • All returns must be mailed in.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Replacement & Repair Policy:

All Other Tools* covered under the Limited Lifetime Replacement & Repair Policy can be repaired under at The Factory.  All warranty claims will be evaluated and repaired or replaced at the discretion of Florian Tools. *Saw Blades are not included in Warranty Policy.  If your tool’s cost to repair exceeds 50% of current retail value of the tool, or if it is not repairable, as deemed by the technician, you will be offered a new tool for the cost of your old tool as a trade in and 50% of the current retail value of that tool, plus shipping.

Returns on any items that are not made by Florian Tools:

  • Return your item within 30 days of purchase

  • In new condition as purchased

  • Over 30 days there will a 20% stocking fee
